Overview
Neuro+ is a leading ‘AI’ tool designed to equip leaders, teams and individuals with 24/7 just-in-time coaching support across a range of leadership, collaboration and innovation domains.
Neuro+ models are trained on the extensive and research-informed behavioural science frameworks, which integrate insights and tools from a diverse range of human behavioural and biological research fields. Neuro+ models are subject to regular and ongoing ethical and quality testing.
Neuro+ is built for specific use cases centred around providing individuals with learning support for leadership skills (increasing knowledge of self, practice exercises etc.) and support for applying leadership principles to a range of daily tasks (e.g. decision-making, email writing, interpreting feedback, preparing for tricky 1:1 conversations etc.).
Most AI products are built to be good at many things, Neuro+ is built to be excellent at one thing - coaching. We believe strongly in augmenting and elevating human decision-making, not replacing it. We prioritise security, privacy and ethics in our work.
PII minimised
We capture minimal user information (only email required)
Bank level encryption
All user chats are private and 256-bit encrypted in transit and at rest
No AI model training
User data is not used for any form of training
Minimal data retention
Deleted user chats are immediately deleted from our database. LLM API calls are only retained for 30 days (for legal reasons) but we can work with Enterprise clients to implement Zero Data Retention
Data sovereignty
For Australian customers, we offer AU data storage as standard. For enterprise clients located elsewhere, we can work with you to configure to your needs.
Responsible AI use
We have developed a Responsible Data Use Code of Conduct that outlines our expectations for responsible use of Neuro+ (including no use of PII or confidential information)

Our frontend and backend are both SOC2 compliant

We have an active internal governance system with a full suite of compliance policies and processes
Ethical AI
We regularly test our models for ethical behaviour and coaching quality. We score better than other LLMs. We partner with major Universities to further research on ethical AI
Conscious access to information
Neuro+ is an ancillary system and does not require direct access to organisational information. All information linked to Neuro+ is vetted and approved by the organisation
Highly customisable
Neuro+ is highly customisable and can be trained or constrained to meet your requirements and risk tolerance. Neuro+ is customised to fully align with organisational vision/strategy, values, policies and procedures
Human hand-offs built in
Human ‘hand-off’ points can be built into Neuro+ to ensure that AI is not used beyond its intended purpose
