Encryption & Cryptography Policy

All data stored on our platform is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and government agencies. This means your conversations, profile information, and any uploaded documents are protected. Every interaction with Neuro+ is protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. This ensures that data traveling between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted or tampered with.Neuro+ has an Encryption and Cryptography Policy that establishes standards for protecting sensitive information both at rest and in transit. The policy mandates the use of ASD-Approved Cryptographic Algorithms (AACA) and Protocols (AACP), including AES-256 for symmetric encryption, RSA with minimum 2048-bit keys for asymmetric encryption, and TLS 1.2 or higher for transport security. The policy defines roles and responsibilities, with the CISO overseeing the cryptographic standards and key management programme.
