Data Minimisation

Conversation data for AI model functionality and improvement
Account information for authentication and billing
Usage analytics for platform optimization (anonymised)
Support interactions for customer service purposes
Data Retention
We maintain strict data retention policies to protect your privacy while ensuring service quality.
Active conversation history: Retained according to your subscription plan
Deleted conversations: Permanently removed within 30 days
Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days
Backup data: Automatically purged after 30 days
Data Sovereignty
Neuro+ maintains strict data sovereignty controls depending on specific enterprise requirements. Our infrastructure choices reflect our commitment to data sovereignty. Individual Enterprise requirements are different between each customer, and so LLM services and provisioned locations are deployed accordingly on a case by case basis
LLM Processing
User data is notused for any form of training. By default, LLM API calls are only retained for 30 days (for legal reasons) but we can work with Enterprise clients to implement Zero Data Retention.
Third-Party Integrations (if framed as data handling risk)
Third-party services integrated with Neuro+ undergo rigorous security assessments:
Vendor security audits before integration approval
Data processing agreements that meet privacy standards
Regular compliance reviews for ongoing partnerships
Minimal data sharing limited to essential functionality
